That’s where we come in! It’s our job to use your wedding vision to help guide you in the direction you would like to go with your flowers! I give you the information, tools, and resources to help determine your wedding flower needs.
Your flower investment will depend solely upon your expectations, your budget, and current floral prices
Due to the complex process for pricing out wedding floral, it is difficult to attach prices to each arrangement. However, you can view average investment amounts based on wedding size, on my website.

Here’s what you can expect when you inquire to have Sweet Afton Floral for your day!
Step 1
Consultation - $50 fee
An initial in-person meeting or phone call to discuss the needs and details for your wedding.
We keep this process simple and to the point.
Step 2
Price Quote
From here we provide you with a detailed proposal outlining your investment and breakdown of your flowers.
Step 3
Proposal
When you are ready to move forward, a contract and invoice will be sent over for you to read, sign, and complete the first payment.
The retainer fee is 40% of the total cost and secures your date within our calendar.
The final payment(s) are tailored to your needs. Full payment is due 2 months before your wedding date.
Step 4
We work our magic!
It's smooth sailing for you from this point on. Other than a few emails back an forth (or meetings if you choose), you can relax knowing we will take care of the rest!
FLORAL RECIPE:
About a month before the wedding, I will compile a personalized floral recipe for you. This will include: a list of all the arrangements, the flower types I hope to include, and the inspiration. It is a guideline for me to follow and a way for you to see the overall look I have planned. I will send the floral recipe to your email for you to review and approve and revise if needed. This will be sent no later than 3 weeks before the event.
Any changes you would like to make to your arrangements (including adding or removing) can only be made up until 3 weeks prior to the wedding
ORDER & DELIVERY:
I will order flowers approximately 3 weeks before the wedding and, in most cases, receive their delivery several days before the event. I get the flowers a few days in advance to allow them to fully bloom and look their best in your arrangements.
DESIGNING:
The arrangements are put together the 2-3 days leading up to your event and are kept in a cool fridge to maintain freshness until the day of.
SETUP:
We deliver the flowers directly to your venue and setup any on-site arrangements; such as, arches, chandeliers, etc in time for the start of your wedding.
