Before Honeybook I kept all my emails, brochures, etc on a Google drive. Although it worked okay enough for me at the time it was often frustrating to have to go onto a different website, find the template, and copy and paste my response to clients every time. SCHEDULING
Honeybook’s scheduling features provides easy access to setting up meetings with clients! You can easily put in your availability and attach your scheduling link into any email. You also have the option to add a payment to each session type allowing you to be paid for your time.
Honeybook notifies you directly through email when a new meeting has been booked by a client.
This feature is in my top 3 most used!
PIPELINES
With the use of pipelines it makes it easy to categorize your clients/projects into the different stages you are at with them!
You can customize this pipeline and set it up to automatically move to the next stage once a specific task is completed.
For example, once a client inquires with me they automatically go into my inquiry section of the pipeline. I have it set up that as soon as I respond to that inquiry it gets moved to the next section of my pipeline, letting me know it is now in the clients hands to schedule a consultation or not. Once they’ve booked a consultation that project gets moved to my consult scheduled section and so on depending on the different steps of each project.
Pipelines make the process with each client clear cut and easy to remember what stage of the project you are in with them.
FINANCE & ANALYTICS
Honeybook offers a good amount of data to keep track of your payments, profit and loss, etc! I’ll let the images speak for themselves on what Honeybook calculates and offers to their users.
Tracking finances and how customers find you is a crucial part of any business!
Tracking and monitoring my finances has always been a pain for me, so these features are huge for me!
CONTACT FORMS
This feature allows Honeybook users to create contact/inquiry forms and easily link them to your business website.
Most websites have a feature for inquiries/contact pages, but having it through Honeybook allows any inquiries to directly connect to my pipeline without the need for manual logging of each client.
Having this connection between my website and Honeybook software is everything!
TASKS & WORK LOG
To help you stay organized and on track, Honeybook also gives the options to create reoccuring and case-by-case tasks to any/all projects within your workflows and individual projects.
They also offer a section where you can log your daily work hours, helping you to keep track of how much time is put into each project.
I use these options less than the other features; however when I do use them they are so helpful!
